By admin, July 8, 2009 10:58 am

A glorious trip to the remote island of Inchmarnock set in the waters of the inner clyde on the West Coast of Scotland. On arrival at the island our guests will be taken ashore by Jet rib to visit and experience the incredible remains of  a 3500 year old Scots Queen. The ‘Queen of Inch’ who was laid to  rest inside a bronze age cist, now glass topped to allow visitors to see the remains.

While all that’s going on, your crew  will prepare a fabulous champagne lunch on the beautiful beach of Inchmarnock or aboard our luxurious yacht ‘Louise of Granton’.

There is also an opportunity for guests to visit the seal colony on  the northern beach of the island, or they can take on an exploration of what remains of St Marnocks chapel, a former student of St Columbus

Inchmarnock is also home to the largest colony of herring gulls in the Firth of Clyde and is a wintering ground for greylag geese.
